As we witness social, environmental and economic health crises erupting across the globe, it is incredibly freeing to feel a sense of inner calm, peace, clarity and direction. We have ease, grace and joy with us simply as and where we are, no matter what, especially when experiencing trauma, pain or stress. These two seemingly opposite poles of feeling can and do co-exist with ease, grace and joy helping to take care of and resolve trauma, pain and stress. We are gifted with personal growth and medicine we can use to care for ourself and others.
